Refer a friend who has never sailed on JoCo Cruise, and each of you will get $100 of onboard credit to use when you sail on JoCo Cruise 2026!
Your $100 credit can be used to purchase a wide range of vacation-y stuff onboard, including beverages, premium dining experiences, shore excursions, spa treatments, and purchases from the onboard shops.
Anyone sailing on 2026 or on any previous JoCo Cruise can refer someone; just give the “newbie” the email address associated with your JoCo Cruise User Account. When they book their 2026 cabin, they simply enter that email address in the “Booking/Referral Codes” field during the checkout process. This must be done during their initial booking process, and cannot be added later.
And before you ask: yes, you can refer more than one booking, and receive credit for each qualifying referral. Invite ALL your friends, and make it a party! (NOTE: any newly referred booking, however, is limited to one referee credit per cabin.) And past JoCo Cruisers not yet booked for 2026 still can refer new people.

What do I get if I qualify for the referral program for 2026?
The referred booking will receive a $100 credit applied to the stateroom account of that booking’s Primary Contact. The person who made the referral will receive a $100 credit applied to their stateroom account. If the referrer is not booked on JoCo Cruise 2026, they will not receive credit.
How do I qualify for the JoCo Cruise 2026 referral credit program?
To qualify as the referring party you must either:
- Be currently booked retail for JoCo Cruise 2026; OR
- Have sailed retail with us on at least one prior JoCo Cruise sailing
To qualify as the referred party:
- You and everyone else booked in your JoCo Cruise 2026 retail cabin must never have sailed on any previous JoCo Cruise sailing.
- If at any point a party who has sailed on a previous JoCo Cruise sailing is added to a referred booking, that booking will no longer be eligible for the referral program, and the referring party will no longer receive credit for that booking.
- The referred booking must sail on JoCo Cruise 2026; if the referred booking cancels for any reason prior to sailing, neither the referring party nor the referred party will receive credit for that booking.
How do I refer a new 2026 booking?
Before they book for 2026, give the referred party (i.e., the new booking) the loyalty number associated with the referring party’s JoCo Cruise 2026 User Account. When they book their 2026 cabin, they must enter that loyalty number in the “Booking/Referral Codes” field during the checkout process. This must be done during the initial booking process, and cannot be added later.
I’m not booked on JoCo Cruise 2026, but have sailed on a previous JoCo Cruise. Can I still refer people? Can my 2026 credit be “deferred” to a future cruise?
Whether or not you, as the referrer, sail on JoCo Cruise 2026, any new bookings you refer that qualify will still receive their 2026 referral credit.
However, 2026 referral credits will only be issued in the form of onboard credits to accounts sailing on JoCo Cruise 2026; so if the referrer does not sail, they will not receive a 2026 referral credit.
2026 referral credits may not be “banked” for a future sailing or transferred to another person or booking.
Can a new booking receive more than one referral credit?
No. Referred booking credits are limited to one per referred booking. You cannot refer multiple individuals within a single new booking.
How will I know when my referral credits have been assigned to me?
Any credits applied during the booking process will be shown as a line listing Onboard Credit in your JoCo Cruise User Account (under the Billing & Payments section) immediately.
Any credits listed on your account relating to this program are subject to eligibility verification.
How will I actually receive my referral credits once onboard? Who specifically receives them?
The “referrer” credit will be applied to the onboard account belonging to the referring party identified by their email address, entered by the referred new attendee during booking.
The “referred” credit for new attendee cabins will be applied under the name of the primary contact on that booking.
Please note that this credit may take a day or so to be applied to your stateroom account once onboard.
What if I don’t see my credit?
While on land you can always email us at [email protected]. Onboard you can visit the JoCo Cruise Info Desk located in the Atrium on Deck 1. We’ll need to know who referred you or who you referred.
