JoCo Cruise 2026 March 28th Sailing Refundable Deposit Terms and Conditions

By placing a $500 Refundable Deposit for the potential March 28th JoCo Cruise 2026 sailing via https://deposit.jococruise.com (the “Refundable Deposit”), you understand and agree to the following terms:

Deposit Characteristics

• The Refundable Deposit is fully refundable at any time, until said deposit is applied toward a JoCo Cruise booking. At that point, all payments for that booking will be subject to the payment terms and conditions and the cancellation policy for the sailing.
• Refundable Deposits can be applied to the March 28th JoCo Cruise 2026 sailing or, availability pending, the March 21st sailing.
• Making a Refundable Deposit does NOT guarantee the depositor a booking or specific stateroom type or category for new bookings.

Booking Priority

• Depositors will receive early access to March 28th sailing booking prior to the general public.
• Actual booking will be subject to inventory availability.
• Booking order may also be determined by factors including prior JoCo Cruise loyalty status.

Refund Process

• Refundable Deposit refunds can be requested by emailing [email protected].
• Refundable Deposit refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• If refunding to original payment method is not possible, JoCo Cruise may require identity verification.
  
• Refund processing may take up to 10-14 business days.

Potential Alternative Options

• If both sailings of JoCo Cruise 2026 sell out, we may offer depositors the option to convert their Refundable Deposit to cruise credit for a future JoCo Cruise sailing.
• Any alternative options will be communicated directly to depositors.

Important Disclaimers

• This Refundable Deposit is for a potential sailing that is not yet confirmed.
• JoCo Cruise (The “JoCo Cruise 2026 Organizers,” as defined below) reserves the right to modify these terms.
• The Refundable Deposit does not constitute a guaranteed booking or reservation.
• Once applied toward a booking, the Refundable Deposit refundability will be governed by the terms and conditions of the booking and all previously applicable terms or conditions will be superseded.
• JoCo Cruise may elect at any time to refund any Refundable Deposit for any reason.
• The “JoCo Cruise 2026 Organizers” include JoCo Cruise 2026; JPSD Partners, LLC; 20 Goto 10, Inc.; Paul and Storm LLC; Garpulon LLC; Worldwide Travel and Cruise Associates; and their respective owners, partners, members, employees, contractors, representatives, volunteers and agents.
