THE PRIZE
One Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) complimentary cabin for up to two (2) occupants for the duration of the JoCo Cruise 2025 sailing.
- Grand Prize cabin will be a balcony-class (“Verandah”) stateroom aboard JoCo Cruise 2025, sailing on March 2, 2025 from Fort Lauderdale, FL and returning on March 9, 2025.

- Grand Prize winner is responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Fort Lauderdale and any desired pre-/post-sailing hotel accommodations in order to attend JoCo Cruise 2025.
- Grand Prize is only available for JoCo Cruise 2025; Grand Prize may not be exchanged for any alternate date/destination/itinerary, nor for any future JoCo Cruise event, nor for its cash value.
- Grand Prize is not transferable.
- Total estimated cash value of the Prize is $5,904.
RULES & ELIGIBILITY
- No purchase necessary to enter; to qualify for eligibility, one must complete the giveaway entry form on or before Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
- Only one entry per person is required; duplicate entries will not increase your chances of winning, and duplicates will be discarded.
- Entrants must also be a member of the They Might Be Giants (“TMBG”) mailing list (which is free to join) on or before Wednesday, June 12, 2024. If an entrant is not already a member of the TMBG mailing list, they will be automatically added via the entry form upon completion.
- Employees, performing guests, sponsors, contractors, vendors, and family members of JoCo Cruise or They Might Be Giants are not eligible to participate.
- One prize winner from among eligible entrants will be drawn at random on Thursday, June 13, 2024. Only one form entry per unique TMBG email address will be entered)
- After eligibility of winner is confirmed, winner will be contacted and their Grand Prize cabin will be assigned to them after signing a Prize Acceptance Agreement.
- Grand Prize winner must agree to abide by the JoCo Cruise Code of Conduct, and acknowledge that JoCo Cruise reserves the right to refuse booking and passage to anyone for any reason, but will not refuse booking and passage based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any protected class.
- Grand Prize winner must be a legal resident of the United States, be at least 18 years of age, and will be responsible for any income tax due for any and all taxes that may be payable due, and must sign a Price Acceptance Agreement in order to claim the prize.
- If the Grand Prize winner has an existing booking on JoCo Cruise 2025, they may:
- upgrade from their existing cabin to the Grand Prize cabin, and be credited back amounts they have paid to-date, up to the total estimated cash value of the Grand Prize cabin; or
- be credited back any deposits they have already paid for their existing cabin, up to the total estimated cash value of the Grand Prize cabin.
- JoCo Cruise 2025 passengers under 21 years of age as of March 2, 2025 must be accompanied in their stateroom by an adult 21 years old or older as of that same date. Infants traveling on JoCo Cruise 2025 must be at least 6 months old as of March 2, 2025. Other restrictions may apply; see Holland America’s complete age policy for more information.
